Prices

 

At ACCLAIM we promise to give you professionalism and quality at an affordable price. We don't believe you'll  find a comparable quality disco at a cheaper price than we quote you for your event, so get your quotes then call us.

The prices we quote are based on two main factors….

  • The size of the venue and number of guests (this determines how much sound and lighting equipment we need to bring)

  • The length of the function (the time we need to arrive and set up at the venue until the time we leave)

Discounts are sometimes available for off peak dates and block bookings so if you have already had a quote give us a call and see if we can beat it!

 

All prices below are based on a five hour 7.00-12.00 or 8.00-1.00 evening show and are fully inclusive.

 

 

 2014 Packages and Prices

 

Compact Package from £150

(Suitable for smaller gatherings of up to 60 guests)

Includes: Top quality 2 speaker sound system with 4 goal post mounted intelligent lighting effects. Starcloth console haze/smoke and bubble machine if requested.

 

Event Silver Package from £200 (shown in photo - this is our most popular wedding package)

(Suitable for small to medium sized venues with up to 120 guests)

Includes: Top quality 2 speaker sound system, goal post mounted 4 intelligent lighting effects, and 3 PAR 56 colourwash lamps. Starcloth console haze/smoke and bubble machine if requested.

 

Event Gold Package from £300

(Suitable for medium sized venues with up to 250 guests)

Includes: Top quality 4 speaker sound system, 14ft gantry mounted light show including 6 intelligent lighting effects, PAR56 Colourwash lamps and haze/smoke and bubble machine if requested.


Event Silver Package

 

Event Platinum Package from £400

(Suitable for larger venues with up to 500 guests)

Includes: Top quality large speaker sound system, gantry mounted light show, including 8 intelligent lighting effects, PAR56 lamp uplighters and smoke/haze and bubble machines if requested.

 

Monster Roadshow Package - From £600

(Suitable for very large venues of up to 1000 people). As above with 6kW sound system

 

Children’s Party Package from £90

(based on a 2 hour afternoon or early evening show.)

Includes: Full lightshow, top quality sound system, games and bubble machine!

 

Additional Services Price List

Early Set Up: £25 per hour before scheduled start time. (we usually set up one hour before the scheduled start time for which there is no additional fee)

Extra Playing Time: (beyond normal  5 hour show):  £25 per half hour

 

 

Equipment Hire: Sound system and lighting packages at £50 - £200, depending on size of package required.
